Dr. Murphy and the staff were great with Marcus. They were very friendly and patient with him as he is very anxious and fearful of new places and people. I was a little nervous having to bring him to a new vet as his past vet of 3yrs closed her clinic. They were great at explaining, recommending, and listening to concerns. they also had comparable and good costs compared to other animal clinics in the area.

My dogs have been patients of Dr. Farmer for a long time. But my favorite thing about this clinic is that EVERYONE on staff is incredible. They seem to genuinely love animals. They are so good to my dogs. And they are GREAT at tolerating two very obsessed pet-parents. My husband and I go together, cut each other off, ramble, and this time we brought BOTH of our dogs. They dolled out treats for our anxious dog and tossed a few to her relaxed "support animal" looking on. They make notes about our pets to anticipate their behavior and make our visit go smoothly. Our appointment was on a Saturday and they checked in with us on SUNDAY! Sent very thorough information with the diagnose and a lot of help with what to expect moving forward. After visiting a lot of vets in the area, I can't recommend Heart of Brooklyn enough.
