I have a 9 year old beardie that my boyfriend and I found in a park in a shoebox. We've been on the search for a knowledgable and affordable vet that wasn't half way across the world for him since. I was recommended to HEAL by one of the owners in a pet shop we frequent. I was super nervous and anxious before and during my first visit because this is the first time I was bringing a pet to a vet and I had a number of concerns about my beardie. Those feelings eventually went away because the staff at the office were calm, friendly, knowledgeable, and so so patient with me and my beardie. Ive been here a few times and the staff has been so helpful ..Thank you for your genuine care for our fur babies you guys are the best .My baby is doing much better as each day passes by ..

They are consistently great. They have been my cats vet since we moved to NYC and have always been really professional and caring. I just moved uptown but plan to keep on using them!
