Michael diagnosed problem on Tuesday, ordered needed, as well as, precautionary parts. Returned Thursday to complete repairs and thoroughly inspected system. A very satisfying operation.
Scheduled a duct cleaning but Trevor removed some of the vents and visually inspected some of the duct work and said it was pretty clean already and it would be a waste of money to have it cleaned. He suggested we wait 2-3 years. There was no charge for the visit.
