Wow first of all, the entire experience from end to end with the ServePro team at Southwest fast and fantastic. I had a major leak on July 4th. My initial call to them went to an answering service.
I had another company come to take a look at they quoted $6k for the restoration project. The guy was nice but he kept suggesting I tear down areas that I thought were unnecessary.
When Andreas from ServePro came, his assessment was much more reasonable. They have a digital moisture monitor that shows which areas are wet but they ALSO have an infrared monitor to confirm the other instruments findings which I thought was a huge plus.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the very beginning, the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had. After my house flooded, I was overwhelmed and stressed, but the team made the entire restoration process so much easier.
A huge thank you to Jose, Roby, and Justin. These guys were nothing short of phenomenal. Their professionalism, communication, and work ethic were outstanding from day one. They arrived early every morning with positive attitudes and were always ready to work. They kept me informed throughout every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything that was happening.
