We contacted because we are purchasing a new home and our inspection report showed a possibility of water damage with possible mold. Frank was awesome. I called explaining my situation and he asked me to send in photos and he would give me his professional opinion on what to do next. I sent in the photos and he called me almost immediately telling me what to do next. He was kind and professional.
