Mark was so amazing. He was quick to fix our problem in our home and went above and beyond throughout the process! There was an additional leak that popped up after he began drying out our first one, and he did not hesitate to come back right away to work on the second location. Everything they claim is true. Their service was excellent. My house was flooded, they sucked all the water out of the house. They then placed 36 large fans and 2 large humidifiers throughout the home. They came and checked the fans everyday for 5 days. I absolutely would recommend this company. They were extremely courteous and very thoughtful. Easily a 10-star company.
