I recently bought a home (my first time) and there was massive water damage from a roof supposedly covered by HOA. I have cried more time than I can admit. After no response from HOA and 2 more rains, I was at a loss, defeated. Joe, himself sent a team to my home within 2 hours to assess the water damage, and begin demo to preserve the home/stop mold. LVR folks have the greatest communication structure, and Randy and his team have been exceptionally customer service oriented. We are extremely pleased with LV Restorvation. They responded in a day to aaess our problem and came back in 2 days to repair and three days to complete including inspection. You would never no they were here. Landscaping looks like never touched. Also Issac was professional and gave us two quotes with no pressure. He was outstanding and we will certainly use them again. They were also extremely respectful of my husband who is a disabled veteran and worked with us on payment.
