Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He did an excellent job on our home. Their whole team is very professional and experienced in what they do. Definitely recommend them, and would use again.
We came home to a flooded house after a 4-day vacation. It took a cracked toilet bowl to flood the entire downstairs. My semi-pro tip to all of you reading this is to shut off your water to the house before you go out of town. I called TRS immediately after I shut off the water, and it was around 8 pm at night. I didn't know TRS, but it was the first one that popped up on the Google search page. They showed up within 45 minutes and started the cleanup process until almost midnight. They spent the next week removing affected baseboards, flooring, and drywall. They were professional and diligent and answer every question we had.
