“RDMD operate out of PEI also. That is where they helped me solve a problem other's would not. I had to relocate an outdoor unit, and also relocate in indoor heat pump head. They had not installed these units. That was done by someone else in the past. Other companies I called said they would not do it. RDMD were doing an install on my neighbors house. I asked the technicians if they could do it, and soon I was in touch with the rep. Soon after that it was done. I am picky and a technician also, and was watching most of the work get done and helping as much as I could. I could not be more happy, and they are now my go-to HVAC guys. Paul“

Construction and Covid kept me from getting vents cleaned until now. The 2 men who arrived to do the cleaning were great. It was a big job and some patching had to be done,. I would recommend anytime. In fact they will be my source for when I need vent cleaning. Great office person too. All in all a very good job.“

“I was ghosted by a plumber who was midway through work and on his advice ripped out drywall so lines could be replaced to bring me up to code. 10 days without water :(. Called Parker Plumbing and Heating on the advice of a neighbor and they were there within an hour. Replaced the lines, clips and were affordable. The guys who did the work were super nice, supportive and respectful. So grateful to the company!! Would highly recommend them!“

“We recently had a 3 Mitsubishi heat pump installed and had a great experience. The installer was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The installation was done carefully and neatly, and everything is working perfectly. He removed our oil furnace, oil tank, hydronic heating baseboard system and changed that to electronic one as a secondary heating source as per our choice. We had kitec piping in our heating baseboard and we always wanted to get rid of that. He explained the whole process and changed our hydronic baseboard to electronic one and help us in finding professionals for removal of kite. piping too. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable heat pump installer.“
