“We recently had a 3 Mitsubishi heat pump installed and had a great experience. The installer was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The installation was done carefully and neatly, and everything is working perfectly. He removed our oil furnace, oil tank, hydronic heating baseboard system and changed that to electronic one as a secondary heating source as per our choice. We had kitec piping in our heating baseboard and we always wanted to get rid of that. He explained the whole process and changed our hydronic baseboard to electronic one and help us in finding professionals for removal of kite. piping too. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable heat pump installer.“

Nick was terrific when he came out to take a look at the space for an estimate for a new heat pump installation. He arrived right on time, a minute early to be exact! That may not be a big deal to some, but to me, it means a lot.

He took the time to explain what was needed and some of the features of the units and how they worked, something others didn’t do, they were in and out in under 20mins.

While others were suggesting bigger more expensive units, or trying to push me towards brands that I clearly indicated I was not interested in, Nick allowed me to choose the brand I was interested in and made the appropriate suggestions for what was needed for the space.

And finally, I received the estimate a day earlier than promised!

Now, the icing on the cake was the installation team! What wonderful employees they have! All very polite and professional, allowing me to interrupt them from time to time to ask questions. They did a phenomenal job on the installation and I couldn’t be more pleased.

After all was said and done, the only issue I had was I was left wondering why I didn’t do it sooner!

“Kyle at Hemlock Mechanical was the only company that properly followed up when we called them to fix a heat pump that would not power on. He didn’t install it and was able to squeeze us in on the hottest day of the year. He patiently troubleshooted and found the issue! Through discussion, we also found out that Hemlock Mechanical also does heat pump installations! I asked 1 million questions and Kyle was not deterred as he is also very detailed oriented. We ended up investing in a new unit with two heads. We honestly wouldn’t have felt comfortable with any other company installing our new heat pumps.
