I had a heat pump deep cleaning today with Twenty Degrees. They also initially installed the heat pump at my house about 5 years ago. Just like the install, this deep cleaning was again a top notch experience. Leland, the technician, was super competent, thorough and genuinely cared for the work he was doing. He provided very detailed info about every step of the deep cleaning and streamlined the settings for a better cooling and heating performance of our unit going forward. He was super easy to talk to and just a trustworthy specialist to have take care of the expensive equipment in our house. Wanted to express my appreciation to 20 Degrees on the supply & installation of my ducted Fujitsu Heat Pump system. From organizing the removal of my old oil fired furnace, having all the new duct work installed & setting up my new system. Great job start to finish. Two years after the install I experienced a “no heat” issue, one of the Technicians came, was very helpful, identified the issue & completed the repair all in one visit! Top notch after sales service and was fully covered including the rural travel! Great Service!
