“Absolutely love this company. When they first quoted us for a heat pump, they provided their professional opinion that would work best for our space and existing setup. We had other companies come out and give differing opinions that costed more and didn't utilize what our home already had. Macdows customer service is exceptional. Their team that works at the properties are also very knowledgeable and really care about what they are doing.
Few years later we had an issue arise and their team came out and evaluated the machine and provided prompt solutions. The ease of communicating with their team and troubleshooting has been very comforting. This company does not leave you hanging after day 1, they will continue to provide you support for any and all concerns you may have.“
