“RDMD operate out of PEI also. That is where they helped me solve a problem other's would not. I had to relocate an outdoor unit, and also relocate in indoor heat pump head. They had not installed these units. That was done by someone else in the past. Other companies I called said they would not do it. RDMD were doing an install on my neighbors house. I asked the technicians if they could do it, and soon I was in touch with the rep. Soon after that it was done. “The cheapest quote is not always the least expensive decision.

It has been almost seven years since we made the decision to buy our two heat pumps from Greg Levy and G Force Mechanical, and I can honestly say we have never regretted it.

When we first bought, Greg was not the cheapest option. In fact, I think he was about $3,000 more than the next quote. But he was very clear with us at the time. He was not trying to be the cheapest. He was focused on doing the job properly.

Seven years later, I can say he has proven the value of that approach.

We recently had Greg come back for a warranty repair. It was handled professionally, it did not cost us anything, and the work was done by someone who clearly knows his stuff and stands behind what he installs.

I have also seen the difference in the quality of the installation itself. Compared to some other installs I have seen in the neighbourhood, you can tell Greg takes real pride in the craftsmanship. The attention to detail shows.

If you are buying a heat pump and planning to stay in your home for more than a year or two, my advice would be to think beyond the lowest upfront price. Peace of mind matters. Quality workmanship matters. Having someone who will support you over the full life of the system matters.

Greg may come across as overly confident in saying he is not the cheapest, but in our experience, he has earned that confidence and our trust.

If you want the cheapest option, he is not your person.

If you want the job done right, and you want someone who will still be there years later, I would highly recommend Greg and G Force Mechanical.
