My fireplace was just installed & I was blown away by the level of customer service we received. The two technicians were professional and courteous beyond any of my expectations. We were a Superior Propane customer for 4 years & on automatic delivery. In January 2026, we were completely out of propane (they missed our Dec 23/2025 scheduled delivery) and after three calls (two of them on hold for over an hour) and two email follow-ups, I was finally told by the Superior rep, that they could not tell me if/when we would get our next propane delivery because the “higher ups” were prioritizing commercial customers.
