What a GREAT experience! On time (to the minute), expert tech (who was also a really nice guy), and a flawless job. Josh (our tech) took extra time to show us how to clean our filters and to answer any questions we had about the operation of our heat pumps. Highly recommended!

After contacting several other companies with no available appt timings until second week in January, contacted Breath Assured. Right from the first Hello I was hooked. Was told I could have an appt right after Christmas Day. Darryl arrived on time. He was courteous, efficient and friendly. He kept me informed as he worked on my unit. He answered all my questions and made sure I was pleased with the job. I will definitely be having him back for my 2024 cleaning and check up.

Josh was a very nice and polite young man. He was efficient and able to answer my questions. He was not on time but that was not his fault due to being longer on previous job but let me know in advance and kept me up to date as to when he would be there. Thank you Josh
