Excellent service from Breath Assured. The two technicians, Matt and Colby, who cleaned my heat pumps were professional, friendly, and very thorough. They arrived on time, explained the process, and left everything clean when they were finished. My heat pumps are running great. Highly recommended!
Chris and Josh arrived and immediately let us feel at ease. They were charismatic and clearly demonstrated that they took their work seriously. They seek to find common ground with all family member through conversation whilst not wasting anytime. They were super efficient. Thank you Chris and Josh it was our pleasure.
Just when I thought great Customer Service was extinct, Matt and Colby showed up to clean out my dryer vent. :)
I was impressed even before they arrived because of the prompt and efficient booking service. I had never heard of “Breath Assured” before I did an internet search for “clean dryer vent Halifax”…and they popped up as the best reviewed company. Now, I understand why.
Not only were the guys quick and thorough, they were incredibly polite and personable!
