“Kyle at Hemlock Mechanical was the only company that properly followed up when we called them to fix a heat pump that would not power on. He didn’t install it and was able to squeeze us in on the hottest day of the year. He patiently troubleshooted and found the issue! Through discussion, we also found out that Hemlock Mechanical also does heat pump installations! I asked 1 million questions and Kyle was not deterred as he is also very detailed oriented. We ended up investing in a new unit with two heads. We honestly wouldn’t have felt comfortable with any other company installing our new heat pumps. Kyle is extremely transparent, hard-working, patient, and above all else: a super human being. We could not recommend Hemlock Mechanical more! Thank you so much for everything!“
