I hope the new owner runs things better then the old one. Had to track down the sales person numerous times, used every sales tactic in the book. The workers on the day were a great group of guys, hard working, however the outside unit looks sloppy so I have to finish it off myself. Two no shows when I called for service without a courtesy call. Let’s hope going forward things run a lot more smoothly.Reply - Who do you think failed to notify me on the two no shows? Exceptional service from a technician at Shines!We are very pleased with our recent routine maintenance visit for our heat pump, notably the excellent service and professionalism of the technician, Patrick Meagher. Arriving on time as expected, this technician's professionalism, politeness and knowledge were evident from the onset and carried through to the end of the visit. We felt confidence as we saw the meticulous inspection and utmost attention to detail as he worked on our equipment. I never write reviews but this was bad. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment only for them to call (after business hours) the night before to cancel my appointment due to “an emergency”.When I called to reschedule the next day they tell me the soonest available is 4 weeks away! Told them this wasn’t acceptable and that they needed to provide a sooner appointment, the representative could do nothing so said she could get someone from sales to call me back before 4PM to discuss options. Low and behold nobody calls me, so I called back again. The next rep is no more helpful than the other.
