Absolutely love this company. When they first quoted us for a heat pump, they provided their professional opinion that would work best for our space and existing setup. I was originally referred to Macdow Mechanical by another local HVAC shop in order to maintain a commercial building. Our experience has been nothing but superb. They are always reasonable, friendly, competent, prompt and professional. I ended up hiring them to replace a dead 12 year old mini split at my own home. From the initial sales contact to installation and support they were great. Excellent company all around.
I had a great experience. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, communication was clear, and the quality of work was excellent. The price for heat pump was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this company.
