Absolutely love this company. When they first quoted us for a heat pump, they provided their professional opinion that would work best for our space and existing setup. We had other companies come out and give differing opinions that costed more and didn't utilize what our home already had. Macdows customer service is exceptional. Their team that works at the properties are also very knowledgeable and really care about what they are doing.

I was originally referred to Macdow Mechanical by another local HVAC shop in order to maintain a commercial building. Our experience has been nothing but superb. They are always reasonable, friendly, competent, prompt and professional. I ended up hiring them to replace a dead 12 year old mini split at my own home. From the initial sales contact to installation and support they were great. Excellent company all around.
I had a great experience. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, communication was clear, and the quality of work was excellent. The price for heat pump was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this company.
