I paid Scotia HVAC $300 to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem with my mother's furnace. No problems with the technician but five weeks later they were still waiting for a part and my elderly mother had no heat. Called Wilson's, they asked for model numbers, confirmed they had the parts and repaired her furnace the next day. Their customer service on the initial call and the service recieved were exceptional. I highly recommend Wilson's.

While sometimes we look for problems with vendors, it's nice to share good stories too. We recently were looking to replace or upgrade our home energy systems and Wilsons has been a decades long provider of furnace oil, forced air heating as well as oil fired hot water equipment. The team was extraordinarily patient and helpful to walk us through our options, including immediate costs and long range projections. The menu we decided benefitted especially from the experience and knowledge of Dave Fisher. Switched to a Wilson���s propane furnace. Great team work, excellent work, cleaned up our old furnace mess and made it look great. More than happy with there products and workmanship
