Stands by his installs. I called with an issue and he showed up on a Saturday to fix it. Would choose again for sure.
We recently had excellent service from Greg at GForce. On the same day I called, he stopped by to check out our Mitsubishi heat pump, which GForce installed back in 2019. The issue was with my programming, not the heat pump! Highly recommend them (installation and service).
The cheapest quote is not always the least expensive decision.
It has been almost seven years since we made the decision to buy our two heat pumps from Greg Levy and G Force Mechanical, and I can honestly say we have never regretted it.
When we first bought, Greg was not the cheapest option. In fact, I think he was about $3,000 more than the next quote. But he was very clear with us at the time. He was not trying to be the cheapest. He was focused on doing the job properly.
Seven years later, I can say he has proven the value of that approach.
