Although yoga isn't my only means to work out, I do enjoy coming here every so often as I am guaranteed a wonderful experience every single time. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well as motivating which is much appreciated for this type of workout. They offer wonderful memberships that make it easy to make this a routine. Hot yoga has improved my health and wellness so much. I not only get a great workout but I generally feel well afterwards. It is also an extremely clean studio, note you do remove your shoes by the front door which I personally love. I highly recommend this studio.“

She called, and was able to see me within 48 hours. She spent the time getting to know me physically and relieved my pain via ART (active release therapy), Shockwave and Yoga poses. WHAT A RELIEF!!! I am seeing her weekly - each visit feeling better and better and pain free. I am back to my ACTIVE self - doing my usual routines and physical activities !

The instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and kind, but most of all quick to make sure that your form is proper so that you can achieve your full expression without injury. They always remind us to that we may not be “there” so to do what we can, always offering alternate movements appropriate for the pose. I also love that all body types are represented there ensuring authentically that this practice is for all! 😘“

14-57 110th St, College Point“I am just out of the Lyra and Silk classes by Danielle Marie Fusco and I had so much fun.She has been teaching over 20 years and she is an expert on body movements.She knows better than my doctor teaching me how to exercise your injured finger.She is there for you to overcome the fear of body movements and turn that fear energy into fun enjoyable energy.She is very patient with slow learner and puts so much energy to correct the incorrect posture over and over so that student can learn it proper way.This takes lot of energy of teacher so not every teachers would do that but Danielle Marie Fusco does it so naturally may be it is from her 20 years of experience of teaching.I strongly recommend to take her class if you want to learn flexibility of body muscle movement.Not like the weights then stretching at the gym but rather continues body muscle movement to be flexible.Who doesn't appreciate that.OMG finding Danielle Marie Fusco's class is a game changer.Enroll her class now.It will be you who would get benefited from it.“
