268 Watchogue Rd, Staten Island“I wanted to share my first experience with everyone because I never had the guts to try this type of equipment. I really love how supportive Brooke and her loyal students and instructors are, they really were patient with me and were by my side the whole time to help my form and keep me motivated. I definitely was intimidated by how heavy the equipment was but there really is a method to the madness, she found just the right bell to make sure I reach my full potential ( real me wanted 12 pounds but she made me do the 15). The circuit training on Monday is super challenging but you can pair with a buddy and time goes by fast. I love the music and dim lights and cool decor, it makes me hate working out a little less. The equipment is also neatly organized and sanitized , now with covid restrictions easing I am happy to be maskless as I am vaccinated so I am excited to do more types of courses like normal again. Next time I go I am confident that I will be stronger and in better shape because this place really cares for their customers while being extremely affordable in their packages. Please come and support businesses like this, women who support one another is an amazing thing!“

She listens to all my concerns mentally emotionally and physically and tailors our yoga session every time to what I’m feeling in the moment. She has been gracious and patient with me being a complete beginner to Yoga. Melody is not only a knowledgeable yoga instructor teaching the most authentic practices but a wonderful human being inside and out. I am so blessed to have Melody in my life as my teacher and friend!“

I also go to his practice for neurofeedback which has completely changed my life. I used to have horrible anxiety and by using this non invasive technique I have greatly reduced the stress in my life. Highly recommended!!!“

“Today was my first time at Yoga Nook Studio, and I was thoroughly impressed. The studio itself is beautiful and well-organized, creating a serene and welcoming environment from the moment you walk in.Nicole, the instructor, did an excellent job teaching the class. I came in with a persistent neck problem and left not only feeling energized but also pain-free. Her approach to teaching is both gentle and effective, making it accessible for all skill levels. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps incorporating a slightly more intense class option for those looking for a bit more challenge. However, even with that in mind, my experience was outstanding. I give Yoga Nook Studio a well-deserved 5 stars!“

It's wonderful to have a variety of choices when looking for a class. I'm always assured that I will be attending a well planned and thought out class. I am confident that my safety is considered and I can be as challenged in a class as I want. Students can find what they need no matter their level. The owners are also lovely and eager to help you start your yoga journey or expand an existing practice. I feel so fortunate to have this studio and yoga family, as I've been attending for over 15 years.“

347 Lincoln Ave E, Cranford“This is the second time this year I’ve come in with a stiff neck — whether from yoga, sleeping wrong, or possibly even a limp hotel pillow — and once again she worked her magic. I walked in barely able to turn my neck to one side, and left with real relief and much better mobility. I’m so grateful for the care, skill, and attention she puts into every session. She consistently helps me heal and get back to normal so quickly. Highly recommend!“

“When my parents were looking for an aftercare to place me in, they found Tigers Martial Arts Academy. There, I learned the basics of taekwondo such as poomsae, sparring, and power kicks along with life lessons such as discipline, focus, perseverance, and patience. Through rigorous training from my instructors, I reached the first and second degree black belt. Currently, I teach younger students and contribute to the taekwondo community. I will continue taekwondo because success in taekwondo is a journey, not a destination.“
