I wanted to share my first experience with everyone because I never had the guts to try this type of equipment. I really love how supportive Brooke and her loyal students and instructors are, they really were patient with me and were by my side the whole time to help my form and keep me motivated. I definitely was intimidated by how heavy the equipment was but there really is a method to the madness, she found just the right bell to make sure I reach my full potential ( real me wanted 12 pounds but she made me do the 15). I bought the Groupon and after 3 classes I was hooked, so I signed up for a year! I will be honest and say I hate the gym, I had a memembership and never went, I found it intimidating bc I don't know where to start, what to do when I go. Thankfully I found Kettlebella! The instructors are great, they motivate you. Their schedule works great for me. I am able to come home, have dinner with my family, put my daughter to bed and head out for my workout. Finally, a workout I enjoy doing!

I just started going here and I really love it. I finally found something that I can stick to. Each instructor is great and takes the time to explain everything. I also love how intimate all the classes feel. The schedule is perfect for me since I am a full time working mother.
