LA Fitness is a well-equipped gym with a friendly staff. The facility has a nice setup, but some members have reported issues with cleanliness, including dusty areas and weights not being put back in their proper place. However, other members have not experienced these problems and have seen cleaning staff regularly maintaining the gym. Some amenities, such as the sauna, may be out of order for extended periods. The gym's lighting is amazing, and the equipment is up-to-date. The staff, including Pav and Saniya, have been praised for their excellent customer service, providing detailed tours, answering questions with patience, and making members feel welcomed and supported. The gym is known for its cleanliness, and the equipment is fantastic. Overall, LA Fitness is a decent option compared to other gyms in the area, with a well-maintained facility and a dedicated staff that strives to create a positive and motivating environment for its members.
Went out of my way to try this LA Fitness out. The one closest to my house is just awful, and if I can avoid going to that one, I try to.
The outward appearance of this one wasn’t that nice but inside it is one of the nicer ones I have seen. Most LA Fitnesses have the same layout but this one was different and I like it. They have a separate section for the DB rack, benches, and other racks; then machines and cables are on the main floor. Really nice, very spacious and spread out.
It was a pull day so back and biceps. I liked the cable pulldowns kind of being separated from the main section of equipment. Others sometimes have it with that equipment...read full review
Gym is decent but dumbbells are usually a mess. I’m not blaming the staff necessarily but the gym goers just don’t put things back.
Plus male members will frequently take their shirts off and sweat over everything. Again not a dig at the staff or establishment but maybe on their enforcement of the rules
Why every time I visit here, it’s the same dirty window stains in the sauna, the sauna windows are not being cleaned at all! Please clean!!!
How do you guys want us to take off our shoes when it’s not even sanitary in there to begin with? Please fix the nasty odor in that sauna!
