“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time. “In December 2023 I had an HVAC system installed by Elite Air that went out of business immediately after the installation. Warranty, etc. was turned over to A. J. Perri. When I thought my humidifier wasn't working, I called A. J. Perri and the technician came and told me I had to spend over $700+. I wanted to speak to the Manager because the humidifier wasn't even two years since installation. I then called Edison Heating & Cooling. Best decision I made. The technician John from Edison was professional and found that what A. J. Perri tech told me was incorrect and that the problem was the water wasn't turned on. I highly recommend Edison. They are very reputable.“

“I needed plumbing work done on my mom's house which is 60 years old. I called several plumbers including Plumb-Rite for an estimate.
The job was inclusive, there were 2 faucets to be replaced, main 4 inch cast iron stack changed to 4 inch PVC adapter, main house water shut off replaced, 3 inch hot water heater vent pipes changed to 4 inch vent pipes for safety plus to meet township code regulations, and snaking main sewer line which was running slow.

“Spoke with Tim initially and find him very professional and courteous. Aron showed up to examine our furnace. It took hardly a minute for him to find the issue. He was open and straight forward about the issue. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. He took care of the problem in a couple of minutes and left us with our home heated with very reasonable invoice.

“Our HVAC stopped working on Saturday, July 13th in the midst of 2024's worst, most brutal heat wave (mid to high 90°s).
