While having a sewer back up is never a good thing, I'm very happy my landlord called Roto-Rooter to take care of it. The tech Angel was prompt, polite and efficient. He did an amazing job. He had some issues with tree roots stopping his snake but he didn't stop until he broke through and got it running again. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself even when I told him I would do it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic to be so young! Thank you Angel!
I had Andy as a tech and not only was he friendly
, he went above and beyond. I felt like I was speaking with a close friend. He fixed my problem that a plumber could not fix. He thought outside the box and I’m extremely happy with his services. If I ever have a problem again, he is my go to guy !!!!!
I had a leak in a drain pipe. It did a lot of damage and they did a great job removing the dry walls and drying the area and floors. Leo the plumber was fantastic he fixed it quickly and checked the area for potential problems. Also Brandon the project manager was really good and gave information to our insurance company.
