Water Heater Installation/Repair near East Brunswick

“I called Rich’s Plumbing for an estimate to replace the hot water heater in a condo.

Field Manager, Rich Loehr (not the owner) arrived on time and did a very thorough assessment of the situation. He made several recommendations to make sure the install would be an improvement to the current (very old) set up and to assure the installation would satisfy all current code requirements. He also took a look at the HVAC system and recommended maintenance and cleaning, which I agreed it needed.

Rich was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I had complete confidence in him almost immediately and so I did not hesitate to give him my business.

Although mine was not an emergency situation, Rich was able to accommodate my request to do the install as soon as possible. In fact, he made it happen the very same day!

Rich’s team arrived within a few hours and he remained on site to oversee the installation. It all went very well and I am completely satisfied with the work they did.

“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time.
