“We cannot praise AJ Perri enough for the sewer line service they provided us today,on a Sunday morning, truly helpful in every way…at 10PM last night we realized we had a sewer blockage, which has happened frequently over the years. Not only was I able to easily speak with a helpful,representative, but I was able to set up a confirmed appointment,, for this morning, which I had not been been able to do with other plumbers that I tried to reach. The technician who serviced our sewer, Byron Soto, was exceptional in every way. Knowledgeable, professional and helpful, he took his time, repeatedly running the machine to make sure that the lines were clear. And he scheduled a folllow-up visit in 2 weeks, to check to see if there will be any quick buildup. All of this was included in the special $93 rate, no hidden costs or attempts to convince us to have some sort of service “ contract”. We now have a new , reliable source for plumbing issues.“

“We were extremely impressed with Overall Plumbing!!! We had quite the dilemma when we heard the sounds of running water coming from our basement. Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible. “We used Tri-Tech to install our full house central air conditioning system after my husband used them for his office HVAC. We were extremely impressed and pleased from day one. Our home was a complicated job since we have an older home with several renovations over the years. Many HVAC companies came through to bid the job and either looked so overwhelmed by the job or simply never got back to us with a quote. We were impressed with Tim from the minute he walked in the house. He was thorough and organized and definitely knew his stuff. He asked all the right questions and explained everything. Even when I called several times prior to the start date he immediately remembered the layout of the house and details without the opportunity or need to pull out the paperwork and review it before answering my questions.
