“I had my dryer vent inspected and cleaned today after our neighbor recommended this company, and I’m so glad I reached out. I actually just found the company name on the invoice and wanted to make sure I left a review after such a good experience!
John was very knowledgeable and experienced, and he did a great job. He even offered to mop the floor underneath the dryer for me since it’s such a difficult area to reach and clean, which was so thoughtful.
What I appreciated most was that, just as he was about to leave, I asked him about one additional concern. He immediately came back and said he would check it for my peace of mind. He took the time to look into it right away, and I really appreciated that.
He was also extremely respectful of our home. Even when I told him he could just walk through the house, he chose to go around the back so he wouldn’t track any dirt inside, and he made sure to wear clean shoe covers while working.
John was professional, kind, considerate, and genuinely helpful. Thank you so much for the great service! Highly recommend!”
