Couldn’t be happier. Our heat went out. They were so friendly on the phone, they arrived promptly and had us back up and running in no time. They explained everything they were doing and made sure there were no more issues before they left. With 2 small kids this was most important to us. They have a customer for life. I have used J&S twice for two separate issues with my boiler and both times they were a pleasure to deal with. They respond quickly and send out knowledgeable and friendly professionals who get the job done the right way while being honest and fair. I have a 6 month old baby in my home and they were able to send someone out to repair my heat on the coldest day of the year, less than 3 hours after I called them. 100% would recommend.Services: Heating system repair

The pilot light on our boiler went out the evening of Christmas Eve and we were left with no heat. It was virtually impossible to find anyone that could come to our home without having to either wait atleast 48 hours or pay an astronomical emergency fee. We’d never used J&S previously, but they were absolute life savers. Not only did they go out of their way to accommodate us on Christmas morning, but the tech was early and informative. We really couldn’t be more thankful to them for helping us on arguably one of the busiest holidays of the year.
