“We bought a condo which had the attic ductwork just replaced the year before. The duct company took the cheap way out and ran the ducting down the center of the attic which made a large attic unusable for storage. We called Unique who came out and gave us a good quote which we took. In less than one day they transformed an unusable attic to a hugh usable space by removing 80% of the ducting and reinstalling it in the attic eves. They also serviced our heating and A/C system. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future HVAC needs.“

“I have to echo all the other reviews and say that Jayson is seriously incredible. we've had our dryer vents cleaned 3 times before, but nothing even close to this kind of service. We called Jayson to fix a recently (badly) installed dryer duct. Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning our dryer (which we did not expect but apparently is just part of the job to him) and fixing the poorly installed air duct, he also correctly diagnosed a mechanical issue with our dryer, noticed that the recently installed new gas line hadn't been done correctly, and then called in a personal favor to get a professional out to fix it same day. Turns out, Jayson was right, it was dangerous. All of this came at a lower price than we have ever paid even for basic vent cleaning. I don't even want to imagine what could've happened if we had called a different company, or if they hadn't sent Jayson. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it. We will never use anyone else for any service that this company provides.“

“I was in desperate need- my tankless water heater was leaking. Jesse & Daniel we’re at my house in no time and did a great job Installing a brand new system! Not only that but two weeks later I get a call and they want to come in and quality check their work! Glenn came by and spent a good bit of time looking at everything making sure the hot water was hot enough and the heating was working. I really wasn’t expecting any follow up…but how great is that?! I was very impressed with their service.“

“I had a brand new AC put in the end of last year and so hardly used. When I tried to use it this year, it was not cooling. The tech from the Warranty company said the compressor was gone and had to be replaced. After that he never answered or returned my calls. I called 2 other techs who did not return my calls. I called Mike early morning on Friday and he was there after 5 that Friday and fixed my AC and went above and beyond and cleaned up other messes left by the installer from last year. He is very professional and I feel very confident in recommending him to everyone. I have a new AC/Heater tech now.“

“I've used ZigZag Industrial since 2018 when I purchased my home. I went to Eduard ready to install a standard ducted HVAC system, but the price was way out of my budget. He came up with a solution (mini split system) that was under my budget, extremely efficient and easy to maintain. The install was quick and sharp and the equipment was of high quality. “Amazing! You need to use these guys! I googled ac repair and a bunch of companies came up. The first one was a company I tried last year and it was an awful experience. The second was Breaking ice i looked at the reviews and called. They said they would send someone out later today between 1 and 3. I said ok.. so far so good. They sent me a text at 12:30 with photo of Yousef telling me he was on his way. He was here by 1pm. Save guy as the photo.. Very nice, polite, and professional. He checked my unit, told me what was wrong and gave me a price. I was surprised at how reasonable it was. Yousef was here to do a job and he wasn't trying to sell me on anything. We had a long list: kit. faucet replacement, shower/tub valve & fixtures install with tile patch, replace incorrect pvc-pipes, replace copper piping and install rough-in tub/shower valve. Our technician was Bill C., he reviewed the areas/items to be worked on & related the price (Ouch!) then got right to work! It was non-stop solving problem after problem and leaving every area looking like a photo ad at the end of a long day! We were totally grateful for the pride, professionalism & hustle Bill showed in his work. He passed on helpful info on maintenance and even gave some good advice on managing the anxiety-prone dog (we were sitting) when workers have to come in and out!
