Not only was I able to easily speak with a helpful,representative, but I was able to set up a confirmed appointment,, for this morning, which I had not been been able to do with other plumbers that I tried to reach. The technician who serviced our sewer, Byron Soto, was exceptional in every way. Knowledgeable, professional and helpful, he took his time, repeatedly running the machine to make sure that the lines were clear. And he scheduled a folllow-up visit in 2 weeks, to check to see if there will be any quick buildup. All of this was included in the special $93 rate, no hidden costs or attempts to convince us to have some sort of service “ contract”. We now have a new , reliable source for plumbing issues.”
