We bought a condo which had the attic ductwork just replaced the year before. The duct company took the cheap way out and ran the ducting down the center of the attic which made a large attic unusable for storage. We called Unique who came out and gave us a good quote which we took. In less than one day they transformed an unusable attic to a hugh usable space by removing 80% of the ducting and reinstalling it in the attic eves. They also serviced our heating and A/C system. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future HVAC needs.

We waited years and researched to find the best solution for our older home to determine the best means of installing central air while not compromising the integrity of our home. We took our time investigating over 7 companies and received estimates and site visits from all. We met with the people from Unique and finally entrusted them to do the job. It was a great installation experience and took only 4 days. They were able to get into every room we wanted to cool with central and their workers took the time to explain and work diligently to meet our needs and requests. This company literally saved myself and my families lives!We had an emergency after hours so we called a different company to come in and fix our air conditioning. They came, charged us an enormous charge, but got us up and running. It lasted 4 days. I then called Unique to come out. John came, and he fixed the same thing that the original company supposedly fixed just 4 days ago. As he was leaving, he said he was going to check out the unit in the back, just to make sure it was running ok. THANK GOD HE DID!!! John found out that the other company had put the wrong kind of freon in the system, and my house could have blown up! We had to shut off the system completely...read full review
