“After our central air stopped getting cold yesterday, we quickly needed to figure out who we were going to call to have it looked at. After calling numerous places this AM who told us it would be days, even weeks to get to us, we called here and we’re so thankful we did. Joe was here the same day, outside in the rain (terrible timing!), and he knew instantly what needed to be fixed/replaced. He was so courteous, friendly, and let us know what to do moving forward. He quickly found the problem (bad fan motor) but while he didn't have the needed part (the unit is 25+ years old) to complete the repair at that time, he was here first thing next morning with what he needed and got us running & cool again.
