I had no heat at 8PM and my current plumber and oil provider would not come out for an emergency repair. So the next day I called Keil. They calmed me down and then promised to have someone come by the same day. To our surprise, the sales manager showed up himself to get our system restarted while we waited on a tech to be free for a full inspection. That was a relief with 2 kids under 3 in the house!When the tech arrived, not only was he just super pleasant to talk to in general, he explained what he was doing and why through the entire process.
