“I've had a really fantastic experience at Evolve (Nelson is my trainer). They clearly match their approach to each unique person -- whether you are new to weight lifting or an experienced athlete. The gym is large with all of the equipment, yet private with a boutique feel. They do one-on-one training as well as small group sessions. Highly recommend.“

“I’ve been training at Fitness Inc. since it opened twelve years ago. In that time, my body has transformed; not only in how I look and the strength I have, but perhaps most importantly, how I move and function on a day to day level, doing activities ranging from sports to simple household heavy lifting in the correct way — the training has improved my life.There are personal trainers everywhere now. I’ve worked with several, but few, if any, of have the deep expertise of Shane and Katie and the rest of the staff at Fitness Inc. — it makes an enormous difference in the outcomes. The individual and semi-private sessions feature regimens that are fully thought through for the individual’s needs; it is true personalized fitness by experts in the field. Lastly, the whole staff has great attitudes which has created a community of fun and supportive clients. It’s a welcoming place to work out, and I always leave feeling better than I did on the way in.“

“This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. Derek and his team are absolutely spectacular trainers and really actually care about you and your fitness. I always hated going to gym. I'd join, go for a month or so, and then quit. I am happy to say not have I only been going here for over two years, but I've actually become a regular; going four, or even 5 times a week. If you're looking for a new gym, look no further. The rebel family will change your life, it sure did mine!“

“I would give 10 star to this place. Amazing place for me to start my day every morning with the most energetic staff and members.Trainer Sumit/ Nancy/ Donna and Emily are amazing persons and great trainers. Sumit and Nancy so helpful so far on my journey and always correct me if i am not doing my work out right way. All trainers are very professional. I would love the way sumit and other staff gives boost and confidence. I would recommend everyone to join this great place. Its so clean and hygienic. The environment they have created is like you dont want to go anywhere except “F45 clark” ?“

“I am so happy with F45!I know the F stands for functional, yet for me,the F stands for fun fitness with friends & family. ?I absolutely enjoy the variety of workouts.The workouts are challenging and the trainers help make sure your form is on point, especially during the strength training days.The heart monitor that shows up on the TV screen continues to motivate me to do my best each & every class.I participated in 3 challenges over the past few years. These challenges have helped me get to my goal weight, while focusing on living a healthy life.Also, I have been building wonderful friendships at the gym. Regardless your fitness level, they are there to guide you every step of the way. If you’re thinking of joining a gym, come check it out. “1000% recommend trusting Thelis! She helped me lose ~11 pounds and back close to my original weight within 4 months by jumpstarting my metabolism again!I had gained ~15 pounds during the pandemic that I was unable to get rid of despite my tried and tested methods that I used before the pandemic to stay fit. I’d put off some weight only for it to come back - it was a defeating cycle. This led me to seek a trainer.There are a few things that I love about Thelis:1. She focuses on bodyweight strength training which was a plus for me as I wasn’t a fan of machines and I wanted to learn a workout not dependent on a gym2. She was proactive and focused on pain management and form adjustments which was important to me as I have lower back pain3. She was the only trainer who saw the “extra fat” I was hoping to shed during the consultation. This sounds silly but if a trainer can’t see what you see, they can’t help you accomplish what you want to accomplish4. She had a holistic plan across nutrition, cardio and strength training that she had confidence in!5. She’s a clear and direct communicator who sets expectations appropriately. As an example, I had switched to a vegetarian diet during the pandemic, and we had an open conversation about what progress and pace I can expect if I chose to stay vegetarian vs not.6. She seeks quality (which I do too)! This is in the form of her seeking quality ingredients but also referring me to quality other providers (e.g., chiropractors).7. She helps you learn about nutrition and ingredients along the way - I love this topic too so I was excited to learn and get more curious about what I was buying at the grocery store.8. She helped me incorporate her nutritional guidance into my eating habits. As an example, I cook a lot of Indian food so we found ways to adjust what I was making so I can still eat what I want with some simple tweaks.9. Most importantly - she’s FUN, motivating and challenging!!In terms of the results beyond losing the 11 pounds:1. I feel MY BODY is controlling my eating habits - not MY MIND! It’s much easier to eat better when you don’t feel like you’re forcing yourself to. This is maybe because as I started eating cleaner and reset my body to that level with Thelis’ plan - my body isn’t craving the salty (e.g., cheese is my vice) or sugary things. In fact, I can now literally hear my body yelling at me after I do eat such in the form of bloating, churning, etc. The Mind-Body-Experience (MBX) is possible!2. I feel MUCH BETTER in my clothes and I found love for shopping again.3. I’m seeing much more definition and tone in my arms, shoulders, legs, and abs.4. I feel less bloated, more energetic, less pain in certain parts of my body, & overall more confident!5. I was getting bored of eating out but now I look so much more forward to eating out again because it’s my “cheat meal” and I get to intentionally choose my treat (just like a kid!)“

“I never enjoyed exercising. I always thought that some day it would just click and I would be training for marathons and buying lots of workout gear. Well, in my 50 some-odd years on this planet, it never did. I just wrote it off as something that I just wouldn't be doing in my lifetime.A little over a year ago I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. I was very surprised as I had always considered myself a fairly healthy person. As I was contemplating my options, a friend told me about ALF. I figured I had nothing to lose even if I did not stay with it .My first day was 3/16/23. I was amazed at the welcoming atmosphere from the entire ALF team. They were encouraging in a realistic way which made me see improvements in my progress but kept me from injuring myself.Last week I went for a follow up bone density scan where the doctor was thrilled to report SIGNIFICANT improvement. I'm sure it was all due to the fitness program at ALF.Have I learned to enjoy exercising? No, I have not. But since the day I joined ALF, the only classes that I missed were because of my vacations. That must mean something.“

“Garry is such a great trainer. Highly recommend him. After not going to the gym for almost 3 years I was ready to get back in shape and he helped me a lot. I’ve never worked out this hard before. When I was ready to give up during sessions he pushed me through. Which is what I needed. I’ve been to another gym on my own and quit many times after a week. “Bridge is a world class training facility. It is an incredibly professional environment in which the owners, coaches, and athletes are all really supportive and knowledgable. Whether you are looking to compete, get in better shape or feel better, this is the place to be. The coaches really take the time to work on your form and make incremental improvements. Since I have been going there, I have made significant strides in strength and have seen my resistance to injuries greatly improve. I would highly recommend everyone to give Bridge a try, you won’t go to another gym again!“
