Gary Miller is awesome. I recommend meeting with him and at least having a conversation with him if you're unsure. I learned a lot about myself during my consult and have a better understanding of what I have to work on, and he's here to support me every step of the way. Looking forward to working with him. Garry is such a great trainer. Highly recommend him. After not going to the gym for almost 3 years I was ready to get back in shape and he helped me a lot. I’ve never worked out this hard before. When I was ready to give up during sessions he pushed me through. Which is what I needed. I’ve been to another gym on my own and quit many times after a week. But with him I have someone who holds me accountable and pushes me through. If you want to get in shape Gary is the man??.
I have been training with Gary for the past month and it’s been the best personal training experience I have ever had! Gary is a great trainer who listens and works with you to customize workouts that work best with your goals. I have been really enjoying the work outs and I am starting to see myself getting stronger and leaner. Highly recommend this gym and Gary! Best on Staten Island in my opinion.
