The best relaxing 60 mins ever!!! I needed a full body stretch and I wanted to give the hammock style a try LOVED IT ? not intimidating as I thought... going back for more... you should try it

I'm happily coming up on 2 years of membership at Yoga Essence of Dunellen. I've very satisfied with many aspects of the studio. The studio is very clean, comfortable, and I appreciate the variety of classes offered. I'm also convinced they only hire the best instructors!! Everyone is so knowledgable, kind, and has their own style of teaching. I appreciate how during my time here, I've witnessed consistent improvements whether it be decor and ambiance of the space, new props and heaters, improving the app experience, or special fun events and challenges. YES stays innovative and creative. It keeps me engaged with my personal practice and keeps me coming back to the studio!
