Hello, today I attended the hot vinyasa yoga class with Stefany Stiefelmann. The session was focused, detailed, and enjoyable. Stefany was a highly experienced teacher and an SME on teaching yoga, and she had a very kind and pleasant personality. As this was my first experience, I plan to return for multiple sessions in the future.
Practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa with Luba and all other teachers has been a powerful experience.Their attention to breath, alignment and mindful movement creates a space that feels both disciplined and deeply supportive.
