I decided to try aerial yoga for the first time tonight 🧘♀️ and I ended up loving it and am coming back to try aerial strength tomorrow! Kristan was an excellent instructor and she was really clear in directing us on what to do. She guided us into the moves and yoga poses that we did in the hammock and I left the class feeling relaxed and refreshed. The gym is really cute and I was greeted by a really nice and friendly receptionist who guided me into the class and also helped sign me up for my next class. I am looking forward to taking more classes here and maybe bringing along some of my friends! I also made new yogi friends while I was there. It was all good vibes here!!!
I have being going to Evolve for about 7 months now for one-on-one personal training sessions and I’ve had a great experience. Rosa is an excellent trainer! She really understands my strengths and limits, tailors each session carefully such that I feel challenged and leave with a sense of accomplishment. She spends a lot of effort with each exercise to explain the areas it targets and to make sure I have the right form. She is cheerful, full of energy and always encouraging. I have seen a big improvement in my strength and energy levels over the past few months. Can’t recommend them enough!
