A word to the wise- don't wear a thermal or long sleeves on your first workout back in a while... This was my FIRST ever classpass class, and it was a wonderful workout to get my head back in the game!! Coach Quentin is all smiles even at 9:30AM and such a welcoming presence. All of the regular gym members created such a safe, kind, friendly, and encouraging space- I truly couldn't have had a better experience! If you're feeling intimidated or uncertain about attending class workouts, this is a great way to get started. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating — it encourages beginners to feel comfortable while still challenging those at intermediate and expert levels. The space is always clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff are friendly and genuinely invested in helping you reach your fitness goals. I went to start working out after years of not and they are great with having group sessions and one-on-ones and always help me out. A great group of trainers always recommend them to family and friends!! ?️
