I’ve been training at Fitness Inc. since it opened twelve years ago. In that time, my body has transformed; not only in how I look and the strength I have, but perhaps most importantly, how I move and function on a day to day level, doing activities ranging from sports to simple household heavy lifting in the correct way — the training has improved my life.There are personal trainers everywhere now. Fitness Inc is truly an amazing place! The owners, Shane and Katie, have amazing fitness knowledge, give endless support and provide the sense of a true workout family that’s really commendable. They played a pivotal role in my life transformation after a back injury, especially through tailored Semi Private classes, their Metabolic Strength Training classes, and the Memorial Day Fitness Challenge I took part in last Spring (and have thus far lost almost 30lbs!). The perfect place to go if you want results! The workouts are absolutely amazing with the best trainers on hand to make sure you do everything correctly. It has literally changed my life by giving me my desire to work out again and be apart of an amazing community of people with the same common goal.
