“First of all, I do not enjoy working out. However, the Exercise Coach, in Florham Park, has changed my mind! The coaches, Matt, Ashleigh, Evan, and Lizzie are amazing!!! Because of them, I look forward to working out now. I've gotten stronger and leaner. Frank and Rosa, the owners, are welcoming and will walk you through the routine. Check them out!!! ?”
“Blissful Relief! The athletic performance massage with Pam was a game changer for my overall well-being. From the moment I walked in Pam made me feel welcomed and relaxed, taking the time to understand me and my specific areas of tension and discomfort. As the massage began, I was immediately struck by the firm yet soothing pressure she used, targeting deep-seated knots and muscle tightness, using various techniques to release tension. Most importantly it was always within my comfort zone.In the days following the session, I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and reduction in pain. I would highly recommend Pam to anyone seeking relief from muscle tension, stress, or chronic pain. I am so grateful for her skilled expertise.”
“Anthony has truly given me faith in gyms again. After trying way too many Crossfit gyms after moving out of hoboken, I have finally found my home. Not only is he a fantastic trainer, but the gym is great, clean and everyone is friendly. Shake bar and towels are a great added bonus.”
