“If I could give SJ 10 stars I would. They communicated extremely well for when they would be arriving. Once at my home they let me show them my issue, identified it almost immediately and got to work. Within 30-45 minutes they were wrapping up and my septic issue that had been flooding my basement and plaguing me for over a week and a half was fully resolved. They even helped locate and dig up the septic tank cover and baffle cover AND took the time to explain to me exactly how to maintain my septic and how to prevent any future issues. They also didn't charge an arm and a leg like a competitor had done the day prior and offered military discount on top of that! They definitely have my business for life.“
