My home was horribly flooded due to burst pipes in the HVAC unit while I was on an extended winter vacation. The resulting water damage was severe. No heat, no electricity, no hot or cold water. My flooring and carpeting were totally destroyed. The emergency plumber that I hired did a shoddy patchwork job, but something needed to be done, and done quickly. Peter, the owner of Fuman, saved the day for me afterwards. His work was impeccable and his prices were more than fair for all of the equipment in my home that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Fuman heating and cooling The owner is professional and honest ! The owner came out immediately and had my heater fixed and up and running on a freezing day ! We are thankful for his quality work and how quickly he came out and helped us. I have lived at the shore my entire life and I believe he is truly the BEST!
12 year old Bryant heater went out and I was referred to Fuman by many co workers. Came out on 12/15 at 4pm performed a thorough inspection a cleaning. Possible a cracked heat exchanger. Explained and physically showed me the problem. Integrity is the best word to describe this man. He explained if the thermal roll out switch trips again (twice in the last month) then it’s most likely a cracked heat exchanger.
Not good for me. But he’ll definitely be the one replacing the HVAC system.
