We have used ***************************** in *************, ** at all our properties in ********** since the heat wave during the summer of either **** or 2006. Our AC went out on Thursday. On Friday they came out and estimated the replacement. Saturday it was installed. At that time we were a first time-call in customer. ***************************** has done all our preventive maintenance, new installs of both air conditioners and gas furnaces. In the summer of 2023, at the last minute (before a tenant moved in) they came out an ran a new gas line for a new gave stove. We have only highest praise for this company and its qualified personal.
McElwee has served my hvac equipment for 9 + years. Very pleased with their work, and their provision of information about any problem I had to my satisfaction. Wouldn't switch to anyone else.
