Clerico H&C makes me feel like I'm their only customer. Responsive, like within minutes. Very experienced and technically advanced. Friendly, professional and they take responsibility. If something isn't exactly right, they fix it immediately for no additional charge.Actually, I'm blown away with Clerico's service and support. I've called them 3 times over the last year, all 3 times being difficult and challenging situations, but not to Clerico.25 stars. Maybe 2,500 stars.

Had problems with ac unit not cooling over a holiday weekend. The team came out no problem at all. Fixed issue and made sure everything thing in the house was able to cool down . Explained everything and made sure cool air coming out of all vents before they left. Highly professional and responsive.
