Mainland Mechanical responded quickly to our request to diagnose an Air Conditioning problem and was able to repair the unit. Service Technician was friendly, prompt and professional. Repair cost was very reasonable for the work performed. Will definitely call them again.
I've called a few times now, they always show up in a reasonable time, are friendly and helpful - exactly what you'd want in a local HVAC company. Most recently our ac unit was blowing warm air - they came out and diagnosed on the weekend and by Monday it was fixed (he would've fixed the day they came out but it was frozen over). I don't shop around so I can't speak to their prices but knowing they're right down the street and are reliable is worth it IMO. Highly recommend.
What an unbelievable experience using Mainland Mechanical!
I submit an inquiry on their website for a property we were trying to sell late at night and received a call first thing the next morning.
Within a matter of an hour, they had someone at our property to diagnose the issue and provide a very reasonable estimate. The estimate was very reasonable.
Because the parts had to be ordered, it took a week until they can get back to conduct the repair - notifying me along the way.
From start to finish - the entire process was FAST and completely painless. Our AC unit was up and running, allowing us to proceed with a quick closing.
