What a great experience! Ed was great called me right back and came out as soon as he could. My parents were without air conditioning and they are both cardiac patients. He figured the problem and fixed the problem in literally no time at all and reasonable pricing for time and repair. Mainland Mechanical responded quickly to our request to diagnose an Air Conditioning problem and was able to repair the unit. Service Technician was friendly, prompt and professional. Repair cost was very reasonable for the work performed. Will definitely call them again.
I've called a few times now, they always show up in a reasonable time, are friendly and helpful - exactly what you'd want in a local HVAC company. Most recently our ac unit was blowing warm air - they came out and diagnosed on the weekend and by Monday it was fixed (he would've fixed the day they came out but it was frozen over). I don't shop around so I can't speak to their prices but knowing they're right down the street and are reliable is worth it IMO. Highly recommend.
