“What a great experience! Ed was great called me right back and came out as soon as he could. My parents were without air conditioning and they are both cardiac patients. He figured the problem and fixed the problem in literally no time at all and reasonable pricing for time and repair. Will be keeping his number and recommending to anyone that needs assistance with their air! Thanks again!!”
“Juan 1 is the ace on your One Hour team. He is a true professional who takes great pride in his work. He is always extremely thorough taking extra time to explain any HVAC issues and always has solutions that solve any problem. He has serviced our home on multiple occasions and is a true asset for your company.”
“During the night our central AC unit stopped working. We called in the morning and 2 hrs later a tech was here and 2 hrs later our AC unit was back up and running. They explained every step of the way, fixed only what needed to be fixed, and provided helpful advice for future maintenance and inspections. This is the first we used Jenkins for HVAC. In the past we always called them for our plumbing needs.
As a homeowner who always reads reviews of companies, has zero clue about these systems, and is always concerned about being oversold services, I highly recommend using Jenkins simply because they are very trustworthy and very good at providing ONLY the services that you need. Thanks again to Kyle our tech. He’s a great young man and a great professional.”
