I called Warren Andrews late yesterday (Monday). I spoke to Warren directly about an odd water heater issue. The next morning (Tuesday) Francisco had arrived first thing. He was careful, meticulous and thorough. He fixed the problem. He asked if I wanted the maintenance performed. It was a new house for us, so I said yes. I mentioned 2 other issues. He called back to Warren and Robert showed up to address the other issues. Robert fixed the first problem. Unfortunately, the second problem wasn't acting up at the time so it was difficult to diagnose.
