I had my home ac serviced this morning by Robert Payne. I have nothing but praise for Robert's work this morning. Not only did her carefully service my unit, but he did so courteously and, when he discovered that I needed a new capacitor, he explained clearly what he had found with his instruments to indicate this fact. I would hope to have Robert again next year as my technician.
We have just moved to this area so this was our first encounter with McAllister. The technician they sent was Robert Payne and in our opinion, he is a great asset to this company. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all of our questions. We cannot thank McAllister's enough for having someone of Robert's caliber in their employe.
