So I accidentally made an online appointment to have my meter replaced, when, what I needed to do was request a service call for my water heater. Lenegan noticed, contacted me, fixed the error, and was at my house in 2 hours, and fixed my water heater! I’m hoping they’re able to come back out for my end of summer service!
